We are so sorry to hear that you are having a technical issue. Could you please answer a couple of questions, this will help us to understand it better: 1. Can you please describe step by step (in as much detail as possible) the problem you're having? 2. What happened before the issue started? 3. Have you tried to reinstall the app? 4. Kindly confirm the device you are using, its OS (operating system) and the OS version 5. Could you send some screenshots/images of the error/problem? My email address is not recognized when trying to log in

If your email is not recognized when you try to log into the app it could be one of the following reasons: - There’s a typo in the email used for your subscription - A different email address was used to create the subscription

I need to update/correct my email address

If you’ve entered the wrong email, your email has changed or there’s a typo in the email used for the subscription, we can’t update it, unfortunately. You can still use that same email (even with a typo) to log into the app.

How to reset a password

To reset your password, please follow the below instructions: 1. Open the Retell app 2. Tap “Continue with email” 3. Enter the email you used to subscribe. 4. In the new window choose the option "Forgot my password’’ and follow the instructions
